곽태섭총재가 대한민국 칭찬주인공 세계인증 404호이자 수원시 1호 칭찬주인공으로 선정된다.
곽태섭 총재는 세종교육신문과 세종교육방송 그리고
세종일보사를 이끌며 40년 이상 교육 현장의 소식과
지역사회의 다양한 목소리를 전해온 언론인이다.
교육 발전에 필요한 정보와 지역사회에 희망을 전하는 좋은 소식을 꾸준히 알리며
언론을 통한 긍정적인 사회 변화에 힘을 보태왔다.
특히 곽태섭 총재는 대한민국을 사랑하고 응원하는 5200만 국민 칭찬릴레이와
대한민국 칭찬국민운동에 동참하며 칭찬과 응원의 문화를 확산하는 데 앞장서고 있다.

이번 선정과 함께 대한민국 칭찬주인공 시상식과 깜짝칭찬카메라 깜짝이벤트도 진행될 예정이다.

대표 콘텐츠로 사전 예고 없이 현장을 찾아 숨은
선행과 헌신을 실천한 주인공을 발굴하고
감사와 축하를 전하는 프로그램이다.
칭찬위원연합회 백종찬는 “칭찬카메라는 이름보다 가치가 앞서고 명예보다 행동이 먼저 빛나는 진짜 주인공을 찾는 운동”이라며 “칭찬은 사회의 온도를 높이는 가장 강력한 문화운동이자
대한민국이 세계에 내세울 수 있는 힘”이라고 밝혔다.
깜짝칭찬카메라에서는 현장을 찾아 감사와 축하 메시지를 전하고 칭찬인증서와 표창장을 전달한다.
이 특별한 칭찬운동을 20년 동안 이끌어온 인물은 CCBS 한국방송 백종찬 대표다.

Kwak Tae-seop Selected as Korea Praise Hero World Certification
No. 404 and Suwon No. 1
A veteran journalist who has spent more than 40 years sharing
positive stories from the education field and local communities
Kwak Tae-seop has been selected as Korea Praise Hero World Certification No.
403 and the first Praise Hero in Suwon.
For more than 40 years Kwak Tae-seop has worked in journalism and education media.
He is the publisher of Sejong Education Newspaper Sejong Education Broadcasting and Sejong Ilbo. Through his media activities he has consistently delivered news from the education field as well as useful information and positive stories needed by local communities.
His work has focused on supporting educational development and creating positive change in society by highlighting people and stories that deserve attention.
Kwak Tae-seop is also participating in the Korea Praise National Movement and the 52 million People Praise Relay which encourages citizens to love and support Korea through words and actions.
“Korea Praise” is a nationwide movement in which 52 million people come together to express love and support for Korea while putting pride and patriotism into action. The movement encourages people to choose respect over criticism support over conflict and praise over silence.
Alongside the Korea Praise Hero Awards Ceremony a Surprise Praise Camera Event will also be held.
The Surprise Praise Camera is a representative content program jointly operated by the Praise Committee Federation Praise Us News and CCBS Korea Broadcasting. The program visits people and communities without prior notice to discover hidden acts of service dedication and kindness.
Baek Jong-chan chairman of the Praise Committee Federation said that the Praise Camera is a movement that searches for true heroes whose actions shine brighter than their names and whose values come before their fame. He also described praise as a powerful cultural movement that raises the warmth of society and a strength that Korea can share with the world.
During the surprise event the organizers visit selected individuals without advance notice and deliver messages of appreciation and congratulations together with praise certificates and commendations.
The campaign has been led for approximately 20 years by Baek Jong-chan of CCBS Korea Broadcasting.
Kwak Tae-seop’s selection carries special meaning because it recognizes not only his decades of journalism in education and local communities but also his commitment to spreading a culture of appreciation encouragement and positive influence.
The Praise Committee Federation CCBS Korea Broadcasting and Praise Us News plan to continue discovering people across Korea who quietly make a positive difference in their communities and introducing them as Korea Praise Heroes to audiences in Korea and around the world.

郭泰燮总裁被选定为大韩民国赞誉主人公全球认证第404号以及水原市第1号赞誉主人公。
郭泰燮总裁从事新闻媒体工作四十多年。目前担任世宗教育新闻、世宗教育广播以及世宗日报社发行人。长期以来他深入关注教育现场的各种消息并通过媒体向社会传递教育发展所需要的信息以及地方社会的好消息。
他不仅通过新闻报道促进教育发展也通过持续传播积极的信息为地方社会带来希望并为社会的正向变化作出了贡献。
郭泰燮总裁同时积极参与大韩民国赞誉国民运动以及5200万国民赞誉接力活动。该运动倡导全体国民热爱韩国支持韩国并通过实际行动表达对国家和社会的自豪与责任。
“大韩民国赞誉”是一项由5200万国民共同参与的全国性赞誉运动。它倡导人们选择尊重而不是批评选择支持而不是冲突选择赞美而不是沉默。
活动期间还将举行“大韩民国赞誉主人公颁奖典礼”以及“惊喜赞誉摄像机特别活动”。
惊喜赞誉摄像机是由赞誉委员会联合会、赞誉我们新闻以及CCBS韩国广播共同运营的代表性内容项目。活动不提前通知受访对象而是走进现场寻找长期默默奉献和服务社会的隐藏主人公并向他们表达感谢和祝贺。
