Amidst Middle East instability and economic downturns, South Korean SMEs are aggressively expanding into global markets. The ‘2026 Korea Business Expo Gangseo’ in Seoul gathered 240 companies and 1,200 buyers from 75 countries.
Key players like Real Doctor, Onnuri Store, and P.CALM, backed by professional data and strong market shares, drew significant interest. Traditional K-Food sectors, including the Seoul Agri-Food Export Association and Geumsan Ginseng Institute, also saw high engagement.
Real Doctor captivated buyers with its "expert-designed" functional health supplements, developed alongside internal medicine specialist Dr. Nam Jae-hyun. CEO Im Woo-hyuk noted that medical expertise serves as a crucial credibility indicator for international buyers.
Onnuri Store showcased its hit product ‘PRESS SHOT,’ a liquid-powder hybrid vitamin that previously topped Olive Young sales. Meanwhile, the rapidly growing K-Beauty brand P.CALM, already exporting to 40 countries, attracted premium buyers with its "Home-Derma" concept and hypoallergenic clinical data, even securing on-site sales.
Host organization World OKTA reported 4,800 export consultations during the event, leveraging its extensive network across 154 cities worldwide to support Korean enterprises.
